DO NOT BUY!!! HORRIBLE!!!

DO NOT BUY!!!! I don’t know how in the world the got on Newsweek That’s what lured me in, but this company is horrible!!!!! They are a scam! I brought rings for my wedding and one of them turned from gold to black in 2 weeks.

When I tried to return the band because it was too big, they would not give me a refund and harassed me to accept store credit. They even took back the free shipping by deducting from the store credit they forced on me. Their practices are crooked and unethical.

Horrible! Scam!

Haven't taken it off since it arrived!!

I am so, so pleased with Jeulia and their beautiful jewelry. I have now purchased three rings. I need more fingers!! The quality of the jewelry really exceptional and the rings truly sparkle. It is obvious to me that great skill and care is taken in the designs and the production of their jewelry. I honestly could not be happier with the purchases I have made.

One of my favorite jewelry site! They have the best customer service, I ordered the wrong size ring, contacted them right away and they responded very fast to correct it for me! Their rings are so gorgeous and shiny. Very affordable and great quality.

Do not order from this site!! I loved my jewellery when it arrived, however within one week of wearing it, the rose gold was tarnishing and showing patches of silver! Dreadful! I've worked in a jewellers for years when I was younger and I know this should not happen and I know how to look after jewellery!!

The response they sent is utter rubblish! They are out right lying! I ordered my items August 2022!! No contact at all till I said it was tarnishing! These people are utter liars!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
I literally cannot believe what utter fraudster they are!!!!

Within one day of receiving a Jeulia ring my finger turned green. I sent photos and videos. The company insisted that I was lying and had to pay a 35% restocking fee to return or exchange. The other option was to pay for a certified metal authentication and produce a letter stating the ring was fake.
This company falsely advertises that their rings do not turn fingers green. If they are so confident why the huge restocking fee? Because this company operates in China it is impossible to actually get any customer satisfaction as with most companies that operate this way there is nothing an unsatisfied customer can do.

I considered keeping this item as I do like it, even if it doesn’t suit me the way I originally expected. After some thought and the fact that your Jewlery, although creative, has turned my finger green, I do not understand the 35% restocking fee. This ring was basically spray painted. I’m curious why your website would advertise hassle free returns and exchanges. This ring was sold under false pretenses. It claimed it was 14kt. This is obviously untrue. $385.00 is a lot to spend on false advertisement. I would like an exchange and to return the ring I have. I do not want to pay shipping or a restocking fee. If there is nothing that your company is willing to do to ensure my satisfaction, I will be sure not to do business with you again and be sure to spread the word.

After checking, the ring you received has no quality issues. This ring is made of 14K rose gold and won't turn your finger green. If you still have questions about the material of the ring, you could also visit a local jewelry store to check.

WHY SO MANY BAD REVIEWS?

A:

The jewelry is subpar. They won't pay for returns. They won't give you a refund and they don't "repair" their jewelry. Save your money. It looks pretty for a short (very short) period of time. Mine lasted two days...

I ordered a ring. What I received was'nt as it was described. I sent it back insured, and certified, so someone had to sign for it. I have spent the past several days trying to get my money refunded. I have received numerous emails asking me to except a in store credit instead of refund. I have sent multiple email assuring yhem I do not want anything else they offer. I have left a poor review on their website which they had. Do Not under any circumstances order from this company. I've notified the Better Business Bureau

I had mine for a year and it is totally misshapen. I am not sure because it is silver and that may be a soft metal, but i am very disappointed overall.

I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

I have never had an issue. I take them off whening washing or cleaning, they are still stunning and I wear them all day! Never once had an issue

Can't believe Jeulia jewelleries are from China. I already expected that there would be problems after Checking the tracker and coming from Guangzhou. Received the items though but the commemorative ring Was missing. Emailed them but got a reply that the email is being reviewed. Oh well, what do you expect, it's from China. Don't think they will follow up on this

Don't waste the time to order a ring.If you do be ready to wait forever if you return It which you probably will.It 's all something which looks Like it came from a gumball machine. TERRIBLE SERVICE. They told me the Delay on my purchase was due to them celebrating Chinese New Year. LOL I finally received them saying I would get my refund after contacting Pay Pal.It 's almost two months now.It was going to be sent ASAP don't know when this is.

You will NEVER get in touch with them by phone. EVER. They only respond by email. I have now been trying to get a refund for a returned ring for 9 MONTHS!

I'm going thru the same thing... I ordered it Feb. 3rd and now Feb 20. Paid $28 extra for 3 day shipping and I can't get thru on the 800 number... it's over $100 and I haven't received any tracking info... what a disapointment. Was supposed to be a Valentines day gift. I'm disgusted... asked for my $28 shopping charge back... I'm furious... Ruined MY Valentine's day and my girlfriend is not happy... Ridiculous.
